Western SARE’s Administrative Council approved 2026 funding for 92 projects. The total amount of funding is over $8.5 million. Projects were funded in all 17 states and territories.
Funding for our competitive grants included:
- 20 Farmer/Rancher grants for a total of $648,616
- 22 Graduate Student grants for a total of $638,964
- 7 LED grants for a total of $478,318
- 15 PDP grants for a total of $1,433,195
- 8 Professional + Producer grants for a total of $764,356
- 12 Research & Education grants for a total of $3,992,096
