Submit a Report

Project Coordinators submit annual reports, followed by a final report at the project's conclusion. The project reports are divided into several sections, including a summary, objectives, materials and methods, and impacts/results/outcomes. Report sections vary depending upon the project type.

Reports are reviewed by Western SARE before being posted to the SARE website and database.

To submit a report, you must obtain the project number and code and be a registered user of SARE Grants Management System to claim your project. The SARE Grants Management System is an online reporting system that allows SARE project coordinators to submit project reports events, and resources to SARE and the public.
